Our Speakers

Allison has been a physical therapist with Johnson & Hayes since 2015. Allison received her Bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Mississippi where she was a member of the cross country and track and field teams. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dink is the owner of Fleet Feet. He is an RRCA certified coach who started running in 1978, ran his first marathon at the age of 16 (2:56:35) and ran his first 100 miler at the age of 21. A current triathlete, Dink and his team at Fleet Feet are a wealth of knowledge for everything running, from shoe fit to training methodologies and technologies.
